Logging In to blastph — A Quick Guide

Pag-login sa blastph — Mabilis na Gabay

Signing in is quick once the account exists, and most problems come down to two or three small things. This guide covers the smooth path and the fixes for when a login will not take.

Mabilis ang pag-sign in kapag may account na, at karamihan ng problema ay dahil sa dalawa o tatlong maliliit na bagay. Sinasaklaw ng gabay na ito ang maayos na daan at ang ayos kapag ayaw pumasok ng login.

  1. Tap Login in the top bar and enter the phone number or email you registered with.
  2. Type your password; use the eye icon to check it before submitting.
  3. If two-factor is on, enter the code sent to your phone.
  4. Set a deposit limit before you head to the cashier.

If you cannot log in

Kung hindi ka makapag-login

A rejected login is almost always a wrong password, a caps-lock slip, or the wrong contact detail — try a reset first using the same number you registered with. If the reset code never arrives, check that the number matches your account exactly, then contact the operator's live support; blastph cannot reset a login on your behalf.
